About Delaware FTC
FTC in Delaware offers students the opportunity to have fun, compete in a collaborative environment, and experiment with the concepts of designing, building, and programming a robot! Students will learn valuable leadership, teamwork, critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills. Students also have the opportunity to develop workforce skills in a hands-on environment, access over $80 million in scholarship opportunities, and find and grow their passion for STEM.

About MOE 365 FTC
MOE 365 FTC is a community-based FIRST Tech Challenge robotics team in Wilmington, Delaware. Our team was founded in 2007 and consists of middle and high school students from a variety of schools. Through the help of our sponsors, we have competed in many FTC competitions and have inspired youth in our community to pursue STEM through our outreach efforts.
About FIRST Programs
FIRST, which stands for βFor Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology,β is an international non-profit offering youth STEM programs for kids from 4 to 18 years old. Their mission is to inspire youth to find a passion in STEM, which they accomplish through afterschool programs, with their core values of discovery, innovation, impact, inclusion, teamwork, and fun. FIRST was founded in 1989 by Dean Kamen, and the organization has emphasized the importance of self-confidence, communications, and leadership.
FIRST Tech Challenge (Grades 7-12): FTC has teams with a maximum of 15 members are tasked with the challenge to design, build, program, and operate robots. They will compete in a head-to-head competition against other teams in an alliance format. Adult coaches and mentors emphasize the value of hard-work and teamwork, along with developing critical STEM skills and engineering principals.
